Test points series M16x2 and M16x1.5, in steel and stainless steel

Test points are installed in e.g. power units, valve blocks, hydraulic cylinders, test benches, agricultural and construction machinery.

 

The advantage lies in the safe and leak-free access to a hydraulic system at a maximum system pressure of 400 bar:

  1. Bleeding (e.g. piping and other hydraulic components)
  2. Filling (e.g. filling the hydr. system with fluid)
  3. Sampling (e.g. for chemical fluid analysis)
  4. Pressure test (e.g. for acceptance of current pressure values)

Common standard series is M16x2. Series M16x1.5 is a special series.

 

vdH uses the proven ball valve. It withstands high pressures and is suitable for the use with hydraulic oil and other mineral oil-based oils, but not for the use with gaseous media.

 

A selection of test points is available in stainless steel 1.4571 (AISI 316-Ti), on request.

 

The modular design allows for a multitude of variations.
